2016 Rosé of Touriga Nacional


This is a dry Rosé with really nice mouthfeel. Flavors range from wild strawberries to ripe red cherries. Lots of acidity to keep it crisp and refreshing. Pairs well with backyards, pools and friends.

Winemaker notes

This block of Touriga Nacional was planted in 1998.  It was picked August 26th and crushed whole cluster by gentle foot treading. 12 hours of skin contact followed by pressing. Fermented at 55° F over 25 days then racked to stainless steel for 7 months.
